Can I cancel my booking and get a refund of my deposit?

All payments are non-refundable but with 60 days notice you can change the date to a another session.

I'm vegan/vegetarian. Can I still join a Culinary Arts session?

We can't accommodate vegan or vegetarians as fish is an integral ingredient in Japanese cuisine.

What's the weather like there? What should I bring? 

Upon registration I will send you packing and travel tips for your visit to Mirukashi.

What is the payment process for joining a salon session?

A deposit of $1800 reserves your place. The balance is due 60 days before the start of your session.

The session I want to join is full. Can I get on the waitlist?

Yes! Contact me and I'll add you to the waitlist. If a space opens up, I'll work through the waitlist to fill it.

Should I get travel insurance for this trip? 

It's always good to expect the unexpected. Therefore we encourage you to get travel insurance.

I can't make the dates. Can I come some other time?

I can accommodate groups of 4-6 for sessions outside of the published schedule. Get in touch!
